ECS - Engineering 

The European Engineered Construction Systems Association (ECS) is a professional alliance dedicated to high-grade solutions for reinforced concrete construction techniques in Europe. Its spectrum ranges from active committee work to comprehensive service activities, which include product information, application aids, information about new developments in all areas of fixing, reinforcing and façade systems, through to the presentation of modern construction techniques. The alliance aims to promote quality within the market segment, identify methods for achieving more flexibility, safety and security in construction techniques, as well as to present a powerful and innovative sector.


Succsessful meetings

In the autumn of 2014, in collaboration with the Technical University of Kaiserslautern and TU Darmstadt, the ECS has held two seminars on the topic "News from the attachment and reinforcement technology". Both events were well attended. Thanks to our members who supported the ECS as speakers!

On course for Europe with a new name: VBBF is renaming to ECS

Düsseldorf 30 March 2014 – The VBBF (Verein zur Förderung und Entwicklung der Befestigungs-, Bewehrungs- und Fassadentechnik e.V.) trade association has changed its name. As of 1 April 2014, the association will represent the interests of its 12 members under the name ECS (European Engineered Construction Systems Association e.V.).
